The Native Embassy Amazon  represents and supports the indigenous peoples of Ucayali, Peru:

Amahuaca, Ashaninka, Asheninka, Awajún, Cashinahua, Chitonahua, Iskonawa, Kakataibo, Kichwa, Kukama Kukamiria, Madija, Marinahua, Mashco Piro, Mastanahua, Matsigenka, Nahua, Sharanahua, Shipibo-Konibo, Yaminahua, Yine and more.

Mission

The embassy's mission is to maintain and spread the cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples, develop their standard of living, increase their possibilities through education and protect their lands as well as the rainforest.

Vision

It is the vision to protect the natives and their rainforest lands, to conserve and spread their tremendous cultural heritage with their handicrafts, their music and their profound knowledge of traditional plant medicine. We will create the basis for indigenous peoples to live a self-sufficient, modern, authentic and dignified life.  A life in which they can live their culture and live from their culture.

The Ambassador

Roger MOKANRANKO Bardales of the Shipibo-Conibo tribe, is an internationally known plant medical doctor with many years of experience in medicinal plants and travels all over the world. With his knowledge and contacts he has been supporting indigenous peoples and nature conservation for a long time.

The Shipibo Konibos

The Shipibo Konibos are known for their distinctive patterned art, deep connection with nature and knowledge of ancient healing traditions through the use of ayahuasca and other medicinal plants. Most of the 35,000 Shipibos live in Peru, on the banks of the Ucayali River.
